Hey, so i guess before i start showing videos i should give a quick summery of what you need to get started.

• The first and most important thing you need, is a gas mask. You should not try spray painting until you get one, the aerosol in spray paints is seriously toxic so…get a gas mask. You can find a basic painting gas mask at home depot or probably any other hardware store, but make sure your gas mask has the two “one way filters” and that its not just one of those dinky medical mask things.

• The second thing you will need is a good stock of gloss poster board. Now gloss poster board is just poster board were one side is glossy, thats all. You can buy these for cheap at wall greens…so i recommend stocking up with like five or ten of these.

• The third thing you need is the paint. Spray paints are cheap if you get the right brand. I use “color place” brand at Wal-mart and its never failed me. You should start with about two cans of black, one can of white, and a couple cans of whatever color you want.

• The fourth thing is the circular lid. I get mine from various tools and junk around my house but to get started i recommend buying a circular carton of Dreyers ice cream. You can use the lid for painting, and then you can eat the ice cream…yum!

• The fifth thing you need is magazine
